Rusudan Mikhelidze leads anti-corruption monitoring and manages thematic and country projects at the OECD/ACN. Before joining the ACN, she worked for the Government of Georgia on various positions. She also has an experience of working with the Crime and Justice Institute in Boston, MA.
Rusudan has served as a Director of Analytical Department of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, Secretary of the Anti-Corruption Council of Georgia, Chair of the Open Government Georgia’s Forum and Georgia's focal point to the OGP, Secretary of Criminal Justice Reform Council of Georgia and the Chair of the Juvenile Justice working group. With her team she developed and launched the national coordination mechanism for OGP Georgia and worked on the application of Georgia in the Steering Committee of the OGP.
Rusudan is a lawyer (Tbilisi State University and the University of Helsinki - specialisation Public International Law). Her education includes executive education Programs at Harvard Kennedy School and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She was a lecturer at the Caucasus Law School and Georgian Young Lawyer's Association teaching law of international treaties and institutional law of international organisations.
