Krzysztof Izdebski. Legal and policy expert. Co-Lead of Open Spending EU Coalition, and policy officer at the Stefan Batory Foundation. He  is a lawyer specialized in access to public information, re-use of public sector information. and relations between technology and democracies. He has a wide expertise in relations between public administration and citizens.  He is the author of publications on freedom of information, technology, public administration, corruption and public participation including  "alGOVrithms 3.0. The State of Play. Report on Algorithms Usage in Government-Citizens Relations  in Czechia, Hungary, Kosova, and Poland," and "The Digital Battlefield for Democratic Principles"
He is also specialized in legal aspects of the prevention of corruption. In 2012-2018 he was a Local Research Correspondent for Poland in the European Commission Anti-Corruption project (Anti-Corruption report) that aims to improve anti-corruption policies in the Member States. He is also an Apolitical.co contributor. 27th on the Dziennik Gazeta Prawna daily list of 50 most influential Polish lawyers in 2020.
